By accessing and using AffiliPilot (affilipilot.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our tools or website.

2. Description of Service

AffiliPilot provides a suite of free HTML generators designed for Amazon Affiliate bloggers. These tools are provided "as-is" and without any requirement to create a user account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. Use of Generated Code

When you use our tools to generate HTML and CSS code snippets ("Generated Code"), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that code on your own websites and blogs.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you input into the tools (product titles, descriptions, etc.) and for ensuring that your use of the Generated Code complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the policies of any platform where the code is published.

4. Amazon Associates Compliance

While our tools are designed with Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement guidelines in mind (such as excluding static prices and including rel="nofollow"),AffiliPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

You are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your website and the way you use our Generated Code remain in full compliance with the Amazon Associates Program policies. We are not liable for any account suspensions or commissions lost resulting from your use of our tools.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website or tools to:

  • Generate widgets for illegal, misleading, or deceptive products.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the website's underlying logic.
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers.
  • Impersonate AffiliPilot or imply an official partnership where none exists.

AffiliPilot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the tools or the resulting Generated Code. We do not guarantee that the Generated Code will display correctly on all browsers or CMS platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AffiliPilot, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
