Overview
The Pros & Cons Card is designed to provide a balanced, objective view of a product. By showing both the strengths and weaknesses of an item, you build significant trust with your readers. Trust is the primary driver of affiliate conversions.
How to Use
- Amazon URL or ASIN: Paste the full link or the 10-digit ASIN.
- Verdict: Write a 1-2 sentence final summary or "bottom line" for the product. This appears at the top of the card.
- Pros & Cons: Enter your points one per line in the respective boxes. Aim for a balanced ratio (e.g., 3 pros and 2 cons) to maintain credibility.
- Custom Image: If the automatic image fetch fails, paste a direct link to the product image in the Custom Image URL field.
Best Practices
- •Be Honest: Don't skip the cons. Highlighting a real drawback (even a minor one) makes your recommendation of the pros much more believable.
- •Formatting: Keep your bullet points short. One line per point is ideal for readability on mobile devices.
- •Amazon Compliance: Like all our tools, this generator excludes prices to ensure you stay within Amazon's Operating Agreement.
